A decent size and updated room with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is attentive. Beautiful area, central location really close to the MAC fitness center which has excellent equipment, tourist attractions, and the airport for a mere $ 45. Early check-in and easy check-out, parking nearby.

The rooms were relaxing and clean here with a comfy sofa, comfortable bed, great views. The location was marvellous and incredible, close to an arts theater. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, just off the science museum, and Fells Point for entertainment and night, walk-able or a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for breakfast.

Booked a room with a couch. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Fell's Point was particularly good.

All of the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor were extremely friendly and helpful. We received whatever we requested from the front desk in a prompt and friendly manner. The staff in the breakfast room were so wonderful, expecially Betty. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The cost. I have stayed at other places that offered a lot more, like contenemtial breakfast and pool/hot tub that cost much less.

This hotel is in a bustling area, just a short walk away from the Harbor. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. The rooms on the top floor are spacious and offer great views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

Not a complaint -- just an observation. Many other Hilton Garden Inns provide complimentary breakfast. This one didn'T.

Convenient location near shops, attractions, and famous waterfront area. Affordable rates with access to a lovely rooftop park. Starbucks within walking distance adds convenience for conference attendees. Friendly staff were quick to address concerns and offer compensation. a satisfying stay.

The location to Baltimore attractions was fantastic, especially Little Italy and the Power Plant. The rooms were comfortable, but a little on the small side.

I booked two rooms. One for me and my spouse and the other for a friend and his wife. I booked the rooms over a month prior to the reservation and they were for king bed rooms in each room. When we checked in they stated they were over booked and all they had left was one room with a king and one with two double beds. This was an inconvenience and disspaointing especially when you factor in the cost of the room. Management was also now willing to work on a price break for the inconvenience and their mistake.

The people were very friendly. And the Valet parking driver was very nice. Room was clean.

The lamps in the room were broken. Would have preferred 1 bed instead of 2. Never received a copy of the bill when we left the hotel. Overall the experience was good. Thank you. Kay
